The platform allows you to perform searches using simple or combined queries. Note that an index is the most granular item at which you can perform a search.

Use simple queries

A simple query allows you to search all the videos in an index by specifying your search terms and one or more sources of information.

Use combined queries

The 1.1 version of the API introduces a new format of search queries named combined queries. A combined query can include any number of subqueries linked with any number of logical operators.
