Upgrade your plan

After you sign up, Twelve Labs offers a free plan by default. You can use the free plan if you want to, but note that it has a set amount of limitations, as shown on the Pricing page. You can move to the Developer plan by completing the following steps:

1. Go to the Dashboard page and log in using your credentials.

2. From the sidebar, select Billing. Then, select the Upgrade Plan button:

   

3. Provide all the required information.

4. When you've finished, select the Upgrade button.
